New Edition is an R&B group formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 1978, that was most popular during the 1980s. Then the group members were Ralph Tresvant and Bobby Brown, and vocalists Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins and Ronnie DeVoe. Later, Johnny Gill was added to the group when Bobby Brown left for solo stardom.
The cd that brought ALL 6 together was the highly anticipated Home Again cd in 1996.
The cd went on to sell over 2 million copies and garnered several hit singles and one that seems to stand out to us is the lead single entitled “Hit Me Off” which is a certified banger STILL even TODAY !!
