Former President Obama and Michelle Obama’s production company has earned seven Emmy nominations this year between its acclaimed “American Factory” and “Becoming” documentaries.
“American Factory,” which follows the story of a factory in Ohio after it’s reopened by a Chinese billionaire, was nominated for three categories: outstanding picture editing for a nonfiction program, outstanding cinematography for a nonfiction program and outstanding directing for a documentary/nonfiction program.
