Black Fact= 1874 (Oct. 8) – James Theodore Holly, a black man who emigrated to Haiti, was consecrated Bishop to Haiti on this date in 1874. A ceremony was held at the Grace Church in New York for Holly, who was elected five days earlier. #theraydiotwins
